OUR STORY
Francisco Barri brings a designer's eye and a craftsman's patience to every piece. Inspired by classical architecture and Mexico's artistic traditions, he develops each idea through prototypes until proportion, function and beauty are in perfect balance. Every handbag is then made by hand in Mexico by Barri himself and his team of artisans.

FRANCISCO BARRI
Graphic design taught Barri to see; his hands taught him to make. When his first bag was complete, he sat before it in silence for hours, entranced. That night, he knew he had found his life's work.

PROPORTION AND FORM
The structured Valentina and flowing Madeleine reveal two expressions of his design language. Both are governed by proportion, symmetry and balance, with every line carefully considered.

FOR THE INDIVIDUAL
Barri makes around one hundred handbags a year, by choice. Each is made entirely by hand, some taking more than ninety hours, and he will not hurry a single stitch. Every piece is made to order for the person who will carry it, and numbered, with its own certificate of authenticity.

THE HOUSE TODAY
His ambition is to build a Mexican house recognised around the world for its own design language: not through volume, but through handbags made by hand and created to be kept for a lifetime.
